The manager Luis will reply quickly and Chris will help you with passion, but the whole store is too busy or their efficiency is too low. i need to wait for so long to get my lease, contract, etc. done, which is annoying because nobody want to spend that much time in the office.

Capital Kia went beyond my expectations! First they were able to purchase my leased VW which is not possible at most other dealerships. We had a test drive with Juan. He was very helpful and informative. He did an excellent job at answering our questions. Unfortunately, we need to do more research and didn't leave with a new car. It would be more helpful if some of the cars were unlocked to take a peak at the interior, design and space without having to look for a sales person to get the key.

We recently purchased a pre-owned 2024 EV9 from Capitol Volkswagen and Capitol Kia reached out shortly afterward to let me know about some recalls on the vehicle. They efficiently scheduled the appointment and set expectations of how long it would take. When we arrived, Dom was helpful and explained all of the recall work needed. The car was updated and we had no problems picking it up. In addition, the Parts department was very helpful in getting me some accessories for my vehicle.

I had my vehicle serviced at Capitol Kia for an oil change, and about two months later I noticed an oil leak. The issue was upsetting and caused a significant inconvenience, especially since I wasn’t expecting a problem after routine maintenance. Dealership forced me to buy PCP theft deterrent , there was no way to take those off. its a cost of $995 with taxes which i did not intend to pay. There was a push on getting add-ons like dealer recommended services and packages by finance as well. Seems the dealer is not having enough resources to take care of the requests. No communication even after talking over the phone for appointment. There is zero space for new customers to park the car and its difficult to find the Capitol Kia dealership itself.

My experience at Capitol Kia was frustrating from start to finish. I came in to return my lease and lease a new vehicle, but the process took 4-5 hours. Their system was down, which would have been helpful to know before I arrived. I also brought a national Kia offer that the dealership refused to honor, leading to lengthy back-and-forth negotiations.

Ended up driving over 100 miles to purchase my Ford F-250 at Capitol Ford. I spoke with several local dealerships before ultimately choosing to make the drive, and I’m glad I did. While my experience was top notch, I want to give special recognition to my salesman, Robert. Texted several times over the course of a week or so.
