He was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and kept in touch as we contemplated our purchase decision. We were very impressed with the quality of the vehicle, the features it offered, and the competitiveness of Capitol Kia's pricing. We've had the vehicle a little more than a week, have put about 800 miles on it, and are very pleased with its performance.
If you think about buying a new car you should start here. Their staff is knowledge is right on. I Love the Kia we bought. It even saves me 17% on my insurance because of the safety features.
EDIT: this review should have been posted two years ago, just found in my drafts. Oops! Bought my 2014 Soul yesterday. Yes, technically a new car, but not the current model year. I priced it out through truecar, and was contacted by Bang a MINUTE after I closed the app. He was pretty friendly, personable, and funny. The only part of the interaction I wasn't pleased by was a basic refusal to discuss price. Even when I showed him a screenshot of the exact same vehicle, but one model year newer (!!!) being sold at a dealership 30 miles away for 900 less, they refused to drop the price at all. I then showed him KBB value for a 2014 which was also 800 less, he refused to budge. I'm not so petty as to walk away over a difference of 800 bucks, but the fact that he refused to budge on price EVEN A LITTLE was pretty annoying. I enjoy the haggle- and he took that joy away from me. The finance manager was trying to hard sell me their back-end products too- even after I declined several times. The price kept dropping at every offer and I started to feel like I was at a garage sale.

My husband and I purchased a 2017 Kia Niro from the one and only Mr. Victor Redd!!! We were pleasantly greeted by him as we made our way across the parking area to the door. We told him what we were looking for, and he absolutely delivered. He is very professional at what he does, all while keeping everthing fun-which we both appreciated very much. We loved his sense of humor and how easy it was to communicate with him. I personally loved the fact that at no time whatsoever did I feel pressured into making a purchase which always seals the deal for me. I was very happy with my day at Capitol Kia. I drove multiple cars, discussed price for a long time, and went away with a cute new car that I'm happy with! Sales rep Jun Kim did a great job helping me out, and I felt like I could trust him. The manager, Zander, also was very helpful in closing on the deal that would work for me.
